Reduction of costs for personnel at the time of Covid-19
The webinar will cover the options for reduction of costs for personnel. We will consider the advantages and disadvantages of each option and overview the difficulties that may arise in connection with the use of one or other option.
The topic covers the changes in the work and interaction with the Russian Patent office during the Covid-19 restrictions, and includes the relevant amendments to the law, procedures of filing documents, examination procedures. The presentation also provides information concerning special amendments to the procedures for obtaining marketing authorisations for medical products introduced in the situation of Covid-19.
We will consider and analyse the draft law on distant (remote) work, which is being prepared for adoption in Russia, as well as the various issues concerning the labor discipline, the reimbursement of expenses and confidentiality in connection with distant (remote) employment.
