Gaspare Roma is a member of De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani since 2004.
Gaspare has been practicing for nearly twenty years in the area of employment, pensions, industrial relations, corporate and commercial law, agency law, with special expertise in employment litigation and mediation, workforce and corporate restructurings, individual and collective dismissals, individual employment and self-employment contracts, services agreements for directors and top managers, incentive plans, negotiations with Trade Unions, employment compliance and general labour counseling.
Gaspare is frequently involved in major reorganizations of the Italian workforce of domestic and foreign companies and assists clients in the day-to-day employment law activities.
He has developed an in-depth knowledge of many industry sectors including automotive, port sector, industrial, chemical and plastic (including conveyor belting), retail, real estate, betting, energy and catering services (including in-flight catering).
He also assists private clients in connection with contentious and non contentious matters related to social security and family disputes.
Gaspare is a frequent speaker at conferences and he is a member of several associations including BAC (Bocconi Alumni Community – Topic Legal), AIDP (Associazione Italiana per la Direzione del Personale) and AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).
He is a mentor for start-up projects and he leads pro bono projects aimed at raising funds for scholarships.
