Andrea Terragni, partner at the De Berti Jacchia since 2024, has started his professional career as General Counsel of the Italian branch of a major multinational company before returning to private practice in 2006 when he founded the law firm SLTS.
Later on was one of the founding partners of Clovers.
Andrea primarily specializes in intellectual property law, with a specific focus on the trademarks sector. In addition to advising and assisting clients in litigation in the area of intellectual property, he also assists clients in the filing of trademarks, designs and patents, as well as in the subsequent stages of IP portfolio management and brand protection.
He also works on contracts for the licensing and transfer of trademarks, patents, know-how and intellectual property protected by copyright, as well as technology transfer agreements and software-related contracts. In particular, he has a specialization in the field of sports sponsorship and endorsement of athletes, pilots, sports clubs and federations, and racing teams.
Andrea has also gained over a decade of experience assisting prominent international clients in the fashion and sports industries. This includes involvement in real estate transactions related to retail development, as well as in the commercial aspects of distribution and agency within these sectors.
