De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani is always looking for talented young professionals to nurture and involve in the constant growth of the Firm.

Over the years we developed close relationships with the Faculties of Law of various of the most important Italian Universities– the Bocconi University and the Sacro Cuore Catholic University and the State University in Milan, the LUISS University of Rome, the Universities of Trento, Salerno, Pavia, the Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC of Castellanza, the Université Paris 1 Pantheon – Sorbonne , the Universities of Florence, Pisa, Perugia, Siena and Macerata – and the agreements signed with them allow our Firm to welcome both students and young graduates who want to join us for a period of training or legal clinics in specific subjects.

In the international field, our Firm participates in the Erasmus + programme and welcomes on a regular basis, in our offices in Milan, Rome and Brussels, young foreign lawyers with a view to helping them familiarise with Italian law and professional practice. We provide them with a friendly and open working environment where they can improve their skills while they are still studying or when they have just graduated: our Firm is appreciated as being a place where they can make progress in developing their professional careers.

Associates are a category in the making. Associate indicates a professional that has not yet reached partner status. Associates are listed in alphabetical order to facilitate retrieval, regardless of seniority or professional abilities of the person concerned.

If you are a graduate or newly qualified lawyer and you wish to apply for a short term or permanent position, please send your CV, indicating details of the subjects you have studied during your University career, to the following address:
