Vittoria joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in June 2024. She previously worked in the Corporate and M&A departments of Pavia e Ansaldo Studio Legale and LMCR Studio Legale.

Vittoria specializes in commercial law, corporate law and M&A transactions. She is involved in domestic and international acquisitions and group reorganizations relating to international groups.

Vittoria graduated in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in October 2022. Throughout her academic journey, she attended a summer school at the University of California Los Angeles in Corporate finance and business conversation and she also took part in the Harvard World Mun Model United Nations in Madrid.
