Stefania, following an internship before graduating with full marks from Bocconi University in Milan, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2018. She has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2021.

Stefania’ practice mainly focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation, private international law, industrial and competition law.

Stefania is involved in a number of multi-jurisdictional litigations, as well as in the enforcement of EU and non-EU foreign decisions in Italy, co-managing a multidisciplinary work with criminal law counsels, foreign lawyers, forensic economists, experts and consultants.

In the recent years, Stefania has been part of the defense of various multinationals of renowned luxury and fashion brands, in cases and legal issues of antitrust, IP law and compensation of damages, licensing and commercial matters.

Furthermore, Stefania provides assistance also in the pre-litigation phase, with regard to commercial distribution, selective distribution of luxury products, agency and franchising agreements, as well as real estate and leasing matters.

Stefania is also familiar with insolvency law aspects, debt restructuring and cross border distressed deals from insolvency/receivership procedures.

Stefania is a member of the Bocconi Alumni Community (BAC).
