Silvia Bolognani joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani Law Firm in 2023. Previously, after graduating with honors at the University of Milan, she worked at Avvocati Associati Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in the IP department.
Silvia’s activity focuses on Intelletual Property Law, in particular she deals with trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, domain names, trade secrets as well as unfair competition.
She attended postgraduate courses in “Art and law” and “European patent with unitary effect”, both organized and held by the University of Milan.
In 2019, she partecipated to the Young EPLAW Mock Trial held in Brussels.
