Complex technical IT issues are being dealt with in the instruction phase of the proceedings. Attachment proceedings have been started amongst others, on trademarks owned by the counterparty.

Assisting and representing, as part of a Team, a major project engineering company, in proceedings related to projects supplied for the realization of the new Stadium of the Rome Football Team. The litigation started with an ex parte order of payment obtained against the general contractor.

Representing, as part of a Team, a major Taiwanese company quoted on the Taiwan Stock Exchange, which operates in the solar power industry. The dispute involves parallel court proceedings in Italy, Luxembourg and Taiwan and international commercial arbitration proceedings in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules. The subject matter of the dispute arises out of joint venture agreements entered into by the company and two other partners (a Singapore company and a Taiwanese company) and the control of the Italian subsidiary companies which own a number of photovoltaic plants.
