Rachele Maggi, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2005 and previously worked for Allen & Overy in Milan.
Her practice is mainly focused on commercial and corporate law, specialising in domestic and cross border M&A, with particular reference to acquisitions, shares and assets sales, due diligence activity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and advising national and multinational corporate clients in relation to all kinds of operative, commercial and business agreements and relevant negotiations.
She further advises on a continuous basis leading international groups in the travel, technology, retail, food and fashion sectors.
Clients managed by Rachele include a prestigious fashion house operating both in the manufacturing and distribution, a leading optical retail company, a company part of a multinational group leader in distribution of travel and technology software and solutions.
Rachele spent a period of secondment at a branch of a multinational group leader in distribution of travel and technology solutions. In this context, she has dealt with software and distribution agreements and, in general, with all the legal aspects related to business activity.
