Laura Mucciarelli, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2024 after working in other leading law firms in Milan.

Laura deals with employment law, both in and out of court, for national and international companies, focusing on the management of subordinate and autonomous employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, trade union activity, individual and collective dismissals, corporate restructuring and reorganisation processes.

She graduated in law at Bocconi University in March 2019. She participated in Campus Abroad at Northwestern University in Chicago and did an internship at the United Nations, in Geneva.
