Laura Bussoli joined the law firm De Berti Jacchia in 2024, after collaborating with leading legal firms and serving as Legal Counsel Counsel within an Italian telecommunications company.
For over ten years, she has been involved in intellectual property and competition law, assisting Italian and foreign companies, particularly in the fashion and sports sectors, in legal proceedings and as a consultant in IP matters.
She is been working, in particular, with trademark, design and patent law, assisting and advising clients on the management of trademark portfolios and the registration and prosecution of trademarks, both in Italy at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and abroad at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).
She is an expert in copyright law, also with a focus on new technologies (blockchain and AI) and deals with consumer protection matters and misleading advertising.
Laura is also the author of publications on trademark law and participates as panelist at conferences and seminars on these topics.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association and of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
