Isabella Basilico, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2017 after working for other primary law firms in Milan.
Isabella focuses on employment law and deals with both contentious and non-contentious issues involving national and international companies.
In particular, she supports the employment law team on a wide range of matters including litigation, employment and self-employment contracts, disciplinary matters, individual and collective dismissals as well as company restructuring and reorganisation processes.
She is co-author of articles on employment law, also published on web platforms.
She attended the Master in Italian Labour and Employment law held by the Italian Association of Labour Lawyers (A.G.I. – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani) and successfully passed the final examination.
