Francesco De Berti has been in private practice since 2007 and an associate at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani since 2011.
Francesco’s practice is mainly in litigation, arbitration and commercial contracts as well as ADR and mediation.
Francesco has deep experience in agency and distribution contracts, including negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as representing and assisting clients before Italian Courts and institutional and ad hoc arbitral proceedings.
Francesco is a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
In 2016 during AIJA Annual Congress in Munich, Francesco received the Past President Award for the best National Report on mediation together with Chiara Caliandro.
