Benedetta Mazzotti, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2015. She previously worked in the Corporate and M&A department at the London office of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners. In the period 2018 – 2019, Benedetta has been seconded at the London office of a primary Anglo-American firm.
Benedetta specializes in commercial law, corporate law and M&A transactions. She is involved in domestic and international acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganizations relating to leading international groups.
Her additional areas of practice include commercial and corporate dispute resolutions both in litigation and arbitration.
Benedetta attended a post graduate course on white collar crimes and corporate liability at Milan State University and has obtained her Master of Laws – LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London.
