Angela Valente is an associate at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani since year 2012. She was previously a tax associate in a Big Four firm.

Angela is practicing tax law with a special focus on corporate tax and VAT consulting, domestic and international corporate tax aspects of transactions within multinational groups.

Angela has acquired specific competence in transfer pricing matters. She advises in her area of activity Italian and foreign multinational groups on a continuous basis in the drawing up of transfer pricing document in accordance with the OECD and Italian guidelines and the assessment of benchmarking studies.

Angela has developed an in-depth knowledge of the industry sectors of the clients she has represented for many years, including food and drinks (Italian subsidiaries of a Spanish Multinational Group); fashion and luxury (Italian as well as Italian subsidiaries of multinational groups); environment and water treatment (leading US group); IT and TMT (an international web hosting provider leader); bank and financing (Italian PE of a German leading bank).

Angela periodically publishes articles on fiscal matters.

Angela is a member of the DBJWatch observatory (www.dbjwatch.it), a project that monitors innovation in two industry key-sectors: Agri-Food and Turism. She is also a member of the JCC Assosvezia – Junior Chamber Club Young Professionals.
