Aleksey Grechnev has been an associate at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani (Moscow) since June 2023.

He has extensive experience both as a legal counsel in Moscow law firm, specializing in commercial law disputes and in a number of commercial organizations, including an IT company and an international company specializing in the supply of cement and concrete.

The scope of his legal expertise is the following: legal assistance in corporate and labor conflicts and participation in M&A procedures; consultation on a variety of corporate legal issues; contractual work; participation in bankruptcy cases and commercial disputes.

Alexey is now doing his PHD studies at his alma-mater.
