Alessandro Foti has been an associate at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani since 2008. He was previously a tax associate at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners.

Alessandro has been practicing for more than eight years in the area of international taxation, with special expertise on tax consulting projects as well as on tax litigations. He advises both private and corporate clients on application of domestic and foreign tax legislation, including international trusts and inheritance matters, customs rules, transfer pricing legislation, application of double tax treaties and other international tax matters.

He has an extensive experience in the “Innovative Start-up” devoted to the Food&Travel industries and he advised domestic and foreign investors on tax aspects of investments in business Italy and in the EU.

He has developed an in-depth knowledge in the industries of the clients he has worked with for many years, including automotive (the subsidiaries and the market companies of the main Swedish manufacturer of trucks, busses, construction equipments and marine engines), betting and gaming (a leader UK company), environment and water treatment (leading US group), foreign banks having a permanent establishment in Italy.

Alessandro is frequent speaker in professional meeting-convention and publishes for professional press.
