Advising on human rights issues and carrying out human rights compliance risk assessments for businesses.

Assistance in cases of breaches of the European Convention on Human Rights (EHRC), before the Court of Strasbourg and the national courts, including on exhaustion of domestic remedies, excessive duration of national proceedings, fair compensation, representation before the European Court of Human Rights (EHRC), admissibility criteria, drafting, filing and pursuing pending applications.
