With forty years of experience in the legal profession, he founded and led the Caiazza & Partners law firm, based in Milan, assisting Italian and international companies, with a particular focus on commercial relations between Italy and Sweden.
Massimo has gained professional experience in Italy, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. He was the first non-Swedish lawyer to be admitted to the Swedish Bar Association after Sweden joined the European Union. He has held numerous institutional roles, including the presidency of the foreign section of the Swedish Bar Association and participation in the Swedish National Bar Council.
