Gaetano Nascimben, associate, joined De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani in 2024 after working for other primary law firms in Rome.

Gaetano assists domestic and international clients in civil and commercial law matters both in and out of court.

He has been involved in disputes on contract law, pre-contractual liability and M&A transactions.

In addition, his activities consist in drafting commercial agreements (commercial leases, general T&Cs of sale/purchase, agency, and distribution) and in advising companies on corporate law matters.
