WHAT WE DO

All kinds of domestic and cross-border dispute work, including assistance in complex litigation involving multiple jurisdictions and sometimes involving parallel court and arbitration proceedings.

We combine our client work with academic activities, including the Advocacy Class at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan and the Certificate Course in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration at the Roma Tre University. We are recognized internationally for our expertise, including as Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and of the Australian Council of International Commercial Arbitration.

We take part in the Vienna and Hong Kong Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and in the Paris ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition, as arbitrators, mediators and coaches of 2 Milanese teams.
