The webinar will explore what the future arrangements between UK and EU regarding jurisdiction and recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters might look like after 1 January 2021: will the UK be able to join the Lugano Convention? Is the 2019 Hague Judgments Convention a viable alternative? What will happen if nothing is in place by 1 January?
