Milan, Novembre 29th, 2022 – De Berti Jacchia assisted certain minority shareholders of TAS International SA, one of the operational companies of the TAS Group, a leading software provider specialized in financial services and platform solutions, well-established in Europe and America, in the reorganization of the shareholding structure aimed at ensuring a synergic business development, also through the appointment of the mentioned minority shareholders in the management of the TAS Group.
The transaction involved the sale of the abovementioned minority shareholders’ shares in TAS International SA to TAS S.p.A. (already the majority shareholder) and the acquisition of participations in the holding company indirectly controlling the TAS Group.
The De Berti Jacchia team assisting the minority shareholders on all legal aspects of Italian law – was headed by the M&A partner Claudio Corba Colombo, assisted by the senior associate Benedetta Mazzotti.
The foreign law related aspects were covered by Arnecke, Sibeth, Dabelstein in particular by partner Claudia Hamm.
