Milan, July 28 2022De Berti Jacchia assisted Chargeurs Museum Solutions, the world’s largest content creation studio for cultural institutions, foundations and iconic corporate brands, in the acquisition of Skira Editore, one of the most prestigious global cultural brands in the world and one of the iconic publishing player in the arts, design, luxury, fashion and prestige hospitality industries.

With this acquisition Chargeurs Museum Solutions confirms its leadership, housing a unique range of products and arts solutions in the world of cultural, luxury and prestige brands.

De Berti Jacchia team – which assisted Chargeurs Museum Solutions on all legal aspects of the transaction – was headed by the partners Michelangelo Cicogna and Claudio Corba Colombo, assisted by the employment partner Andrea Sonino and the senior associates Rachele Maggi and Benedetta Mazzotti.

The tax and financial aspects were covered by, respectively, Chiaravalli Reali e Associati and New Deal Advisors.
