Milan, November 2, 2021 – De Berti Jacchia, with a team led by Marco Frazzica, Partner, and Giuseppina Zoccali, Senior Associate, advised the Swedish Indutrade Group in the acquisition of the entire capital of the Italian company Italprotec Industries Srl.

Studio Corno with a team led by Partners Prof. Fabio Corno and Giorgio Corno together with associates Stefano Pittau and Simona Anzani assisted the selling shareholders, covering legal and financial profiles of the deal, as well as the related tax and employment issues.
